Dun-Mor Design is a family-owned business based in Troy, Michigan, and we’ve been turning ideas into custom apparel since 1990. It all started when Linda, armed with years of experience in the embroidery industry, decided to start her own business built on quality, trust, and craftsmanship.

Linda’s skill and reputation quickly spread throughout the Metro Detroit area. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to doing things right, she became the go-to source for embroidery that businesses could count on. Before long, she was approached by the automotive industry to do embroidery on leather for car interiors—a specialty service that Dun-Mor Design still proudly offers today.

One of the driving visions of the company has always been to stay ahead of the curve in apparel decoration. As customers began asking for more creative techniques and unique logo placements, Dun-Mor Design responded. We first expanded our offerings by adding screen printing, and then became the first in the area to offer laser etching, reverse appliqué, and distressed appliqué—setting a new standard for what custom apparel could be.

What started as a small operation focused on embroidery and digitizing has grown into a full-service shop with a reputation for innovation, quality, and personal service. With over three decades of experience, we’re proud to combine the best of tradition with the latest in apparel decoration.
